Reverting to my Desp : N°21 of the 1st Inst., I have the honor now further to inform Y. L. That a Bill has been passed by both Houses of The Hawaiian Legislature repealing the Act which established a Duty of 15 per Ct upon Chinese Goods. This Act wants only the Signature of the Sovereign who does not always sign the Laws promptly after their passage.
